    it's concrete. poured in place. you board form and pour…and remove the forms when the concrete hardens. for a bullnose nosing like this, you can use a foam form.

    hi sheila. it's so nice when someone asks kindly, and then takes time to say thanks! one thing i forgot to mention…you can color the concrete by adding dry pigment in the mix. http://www.daviscolors.com/#concrete. good luck!
