    Lower left would be Sedum 'Autumn Joy'.

    What is the tall orange grass in the back and yellow(?) plant to the front and side of it?

    The tall grass is Miscanthus. It existed prior to the new design so I'm not positive but I believe it's 'Purpurascens'. The yellow plant is Choysia ternata 'Sundance' a variety of Mexican Orange, which is much more yellow in full sun.

    The lower left are the blooms in fall from autumn joy. Does great in Portland.
