Wall hung cabinets and study table design guidelines

Could you please let me know the guidelines for the setback required for wall hung cabinets relative to the edge of the study table and the ideal distance between the table top and bottom of the wall hung cabinets? Thanks!

    I did not specify the cabinets. They were preexisting, and I had them painted. However, these are 24" deep lower cabinets and 12" deep uppers so they are standard boxes with some custom detailing in between the uppers. The distance between them is 18", which is a standard height for a backsplash.
