Interior renovation to an existing 5-yr old condominium apartment with its own private lift lobby, dry and wet kitchens. Existing flooring was kept and doors were stained dark. A conceptual black band was introduced starting from the lift lobby and leading through the dry kitchen counter and onwards to the corridor ceiling to organise the spaces and rooms.
