Bungalow Bathroom in Alameda Neighborhood

This light and bright bathroom uses clean lines to evoke a sense of elegance. Includes and updated layout creating more space around the toilet, and making the window more accessible, while giving this bathroom and updated look with a more traditional style.

As you can see its the picture of the downstairs bathroom when the house was listed. Even before our clients had a water damage and were forced to remodel this bathroom they were not happy about the tub wall next to the window, old and rotten hardwood floors, toilet with no leg room and tiny sink

After our clients moved in and had water damage they striped off this bathroom of the upper cabinets and shelves and stared to get ready to remodel this space.

In its current configuration there was no leg room and old vanity had limited to no space for storage

This custom tile layout was not an easy thing to accomplish. Our client had an inspiration image, but once we started applying it to her floor due to sqft difference we had to use some creativity and math. After playing with tiles like puzzle pieces it came out wonderful.

This shower is what happened to the tub/shower area. Now it has all contemporary accommodations like fixed shower head, hand held shower and build in niche.

As you can see the toilet was moved where the tub wall used to be and pedestal sink was moved where the toilet used to be. Now this bathroom has walk in shower, pedestal wink with build in cabinet and toilet that has enough space for anyone's legs.

An additional storage space has been created next to the toilet to accommodate extra toilet paper rolls, air fresheners and décor items

As you can see now this bathroom has a proper layout that allows our clients to se this space and enjoy it for years to come
