Original oak faced cabinets were sanded down and lightly distressed then painted black and lightly sanded to reveal wood tone below.

This home had been remodeled with a second story before we did our remodel. The staircase had one big problem, beds and furniture did not fit up the stairs. We reconfigured the stairs with an additional landing making it possible to to get furniture to the bedrooms upstairs.

Rear staircase was opened to give a roomier overall feeling. Wall plaster was removed from several walls in the home and sealed with lacquer. All brick corners were trimmed with moldings to cover any gaps and openings.

Bedroom with exposed brick walls. Large base, window trims and apron, and crown moldings were used to hide gaps and spaces between adjoining materials.
