I would go with off-white cabinets if you can. I like the second and 3rd from the bottom. You will have to see which paint works, once you have all of your elements in. Paint last.

In case anyone is in search of a stain formula for refinishing red oak floors, here is what we went with...50% Jacobean 25% Grey 25% Weathered Oak. Picture of the results. I'm very happy with it. I wanted them to be light but felt it was more important to block out/tone down the red. I'm definitely glad I didn't stick with going lighter because I know they would have been too pink based on how pink the raw boards were after sanding. They came out a very nice neutral brown with a slight grey tone.
