First off, Schumacher sells this wallpaper pattern by the yard. The minimum is 12 yards. It retails for $186 per yard but we sell it for $111.25 a yard. The width on this wallpaper is 49" instead of a regular 27" is what most wallpapers are. We do have to up it a little to pay Houzz their commission. But we are still most likely the least expensive.
