Can't do a wall hung vanity cause the waste is in the floor, too expensive to move. Mirrored cabinet face-height storage, shelf above double sinks to compensate the loss of benchspace, wall-mount tapware, replace that tiled wall with frameless glass BUT Wall-mount taps & ledge shelf might push the face-height storage too high.
