folding window option. i dont' like the frame it's in, but this is the idea I have for the kitchen windows upgrade

Q

Photo

double pivot doors seem like a nice option, baring cost, to sliding glass doors .for a lot of in and out traffic and more contemporary feel

Q

I like how hot tub is tied into the different tiers. I don't like that it is out in the middle of the deck but just liked the look of it being flush on one side and then 'sit down' height on the Right side ~Aimee

Q

Photo

nice look. nice screening option though we wouldn't want it that high.

Q

Photo

dont really want it to look like this - hot tub just kind of out there in the deck space. want it tucked into the deck design more regardless of where it is located - Aimee

Q

Photo

not bad for simple way to include the hot tub and probably lower cost.

Q

Photo

this was an idea before we chose KK

Q

Photo

we like this wire for use on the deck railing. but not that closely set for the cables

Q

Photo

eat in / out bar concept

Q

Photo

shows another view of the storage plus under deck space and 'floor' DO NOT LIKE the deck itself

Q

Photo

practical option. looks more budget conscious but functional

Q

Photo

like this door design set up for under the dry portion of the deck - storage/ work out space 'sunroom'

Q

Photo

cool hidden door storage

Q

Photo

more hidden stoarge look

Q

Photo

barn doors look nice. thinking about an options that would be astheticly pleasing

Q

Photo

cool underdeck storage option

Q

Photo

multi level

Q

Photo

hot tub on edge - deck built around it. think about something similar with hot tub on lower level off to Right (east) and then exit and second tier of deck off to Left (west).

Q

Photo

picture of hot tub on supports

Q

Photo

we don't like this. we don't like the hot tub up high situated in center of deck using up all the deck space

Q

Photo

built around hot tub.

Q

Photo

aimee likes exit steps

Q

Photo

hot tub with deck built around it. not built in. on ground level. interesting option if we go with hot tub on the ground. don't need trellace

Q

Photo

built in but simple design. we like this. josh's idea is to put a separate modular wood step that could be moved out and in / taken away or put up flush against edges.

Q

Photo

hot tub elevated and built in

Q

Photo

two level. like the big stairs and wood orientation. doesn't have to be round

Q

Photo

posts higher than top of railing

Q

Photo
Photo

simple lines, appealing color/stain. josh like thin top of railing and wood posts with cables. seems safe in terms of number of cables. Aimee also likes this look and top railing flush without posts jutting up higher in height
