Only thing I loe in this kitchen is the short wall being used for refrigerator, double oven and filling in with pantry cabinets and cabinets above. Dave an I are both tall and I like utilizing to ceiling and not leaving a ledge up there.

Like transitional kitchen with large island and hood over range Do not like oven below range would rather store pots there and have a double oven on a different wall.
Large island with sink and stools. Not too keen on the pole under the counter end of island.
