We would suggest 2/3 circuits
1. A series/sq grid of LED down lights 800mm in from walls and no closer than 1.5m apart (on 1 or 2 circuits).
2. 1 standard lamp and 1-2 table lamps.
If you can put these on a simple dimmer unit you will be able to control the light levels and which circuits you want on.
