I like that the wall for the shower has glass at the top to let the light in. This could be an alternative to a skylight in the shower, if there is good ambient light in the rest of the room. Also, niches FTW.

The grab bar in the shower looks like somewhere you'd hang a towel or washcloth, so looks less "old people".

Interesting to combine tile for the wet areas and keep the wood floors elsewhere. I wonder if they have issues at the seam.

The bench is in the shower and out, so there's somewhere to sit besides the toilet. Also, they put the shower turn on opposite the showerheads, so that you don't get hit with cold water. Thoughtful.

I don't like the style of this and would prefer not to do the grab bars right away, but reinforcing the toilet paper roll and doing tile with gripper grout might be smart from the start. Also, the long drain helps from getting wheels caught - good to know.

I don't like any of this tile, especially the big "Spanish" ones. But what I do like is how they used the same tile in the niche as on the floor.
