Patrick and I saw this today and think the round version is pretty cool… for bank courtyard. Love your opinions… Eric and Barbara.

Q

Photo

Small detail but great idea for a garage station that can serve as waders/ boots in summer and ski gear in winter

Q

Patrick warming up to a hard surface behind bed in master. Tile or wood. We love our marble in Portland… so let’s look at options here. Okay, I love the wood! Also and idea with fabric panels mixed with wood

Marble option for master. Make call verses fluting.

Marble option for master. Need to make call on this verses fluting. B: I like the Valo vertical fluted the best. Second choice the Valo horizontal flat marble. Beautiful light and timeless.

This is a good go-by for the fluted master bath tile option that Patrick likes. Need to compare to marble vision

Another great example of stone surrounded fire pit. I like the corner entry..and lighting the paths simply..

Q

Photo

Fluting and golden lighting at bar. Like both.

Q

Photo

THIS!! Perfection

Q

Photo

Love these chairs and furniture layout for family room space adjacent to kitchen. Ex- Firepit of course… just a big round table.

Q

Photo

Would this be an alternative window approach to east side windows in dining room?

Q

Photo

Concept starter for courtyard water feature. Clearly not at this scale.

Q

Photo

Great Room random inspiration. Lighting in particular for Barbara.

Q

Like the furniture for pool house seating group (ceding height in pool house? I think 8-9 feet is good.

Q

Photo

Can we cantilever roof out that far?

Q

Photo

Like the stone a lot (Patrick). Plinth above doorway

Q

Photo

Southerland company. Interesting outdoor furniture

Q

Photo

Company maybe steel framed windows and doors

Q

Photo

Weight of frames is nice. Not necessarily the divided lights part but look around the door.

Q

Photo

Lighting is cool

Q

Photo

Exterior hard scape like the sunken conversation pit and creation of side wall for pool

Q

Photo

Windows and exterior overhang transitioning to interior. Like the light weight feel of mullions

Q

Photo

Idea of covered walkway from guest parking

Q

Integration of Firepit into hard scape. Like chairs too.

We are still trying to figure out our solution for outdoor living. Struggling a little with the current solution as it doesn’t feel outdoor enough nor indoor enough. Just sharing this for now… will think about this over the week

Q

Great pantry inspiration for back kitchen. Efficient use of space. Sink(s). 2 Dishwashers. Pantry. Refrigerator/ Freezer. PO- smaller than we’ve talked about but rethinking how to use the space. I think it’s great especially to grab back some sq/Ft.

I like the treatment of the wall

Q

The treatment of the shower drain is really cool... haven't talked about it with H yet....

Like the art as part of structure and defining spaces

Q

Cool minimalist

Q

Tree through roof is super cool.

Q

Photo

If we have a consistent Architectural element… and it is stone. We like this color / style. More contemporary

Q

Photo

Agree with H. Stone wall(s) could be the red thread we talked about running inside and out the house to have an anchoring design element statement. I would have stopped the stone above and not run it horizontally.....

Q

Photo
Photo

Really like the depth of this overhang

Q

Photo

Love the vibe of this room and really wondering about the ceiling material.... adds texture to what would be a large flat surface

Q

Photo

Example of ample parking really accessible to the front entry

Q

Photo

not a consideration for materials (I don't think)... but I like the shape of this fireplace angling in and up off the floor with build in shelf seating

Q

Photo

Depending on where we end up with the front kitchen, could be a cool configuration to consider. Super efficient

Q

Photo

concept of mud room/ stuff room transition between garage and back kitchen

Q

Photo

Love the dining/ bar combination

Q

Photo

Similar pool shape we would like to consider

Q

Photo

Like the scale of this bedroom for guest BR's. Smaller, cozy and efficient.

Q

Photo

I could see something like this as en entry to master

Q

Photo

B; I love the colors here
