Don't valt the ceiling, but, put the stone, molding, and whatever up as high as looks proper. Then have sheetrock up as high as needed for the window with more molding around the room at the top.

make the study the proper height that makes the room look the best. Put a nice molding around the room. Then the walls continue on up to whatever the height needs to be for the window to look good on the front elevation of the house. Then put another molding around the room at the higher ceiling height.
See how the arches lift the height of the ceiling in a pleasingly soft way. So, an arch over the Weir cabinet can be used to help lift the ceiling height to what it needs to be for the appropriate size window on the front of the house.
