Since the bath closet is so squeezed in there behind the door, my first choice is something very simple like this with a chrome ring pull.

shower floor is level. I know that there is a concern about mold, but I am fairly certain Peter said he would run the pex in the shower to give the room as much heat potential as possible. I would imagine that would help with any potential mold issue
