Wow! Beautiful desk

Q

Photo

Gray floor

Q

Photo

I like the classic mantle with the little wood-burning stove.

Q

Photo

It’s my front porch was expanded to the corner of building, I could have a set of stairs on that end also.

Q

Photo

Wide hearth high enough to sit on.

Q

Photo

Would a tall fireplace surround work?

Q

Photo

Simple surround

Q

Photo

Long skinny insert with a high hearth.

Q

Photo

I love this couch! Yay tufting!

Q

Photo

Oh! Secret storage!

Q

Photo

Although this bathroom is bigger than mine, I like the idea of the separating wall between the toilet and the vanity that also acts as a storage unit. It appears to have clear glass doors which keeps it from being confining.

Q

Photo

I like the idea of the extra storage on the end of the shower, but I would probably put it on the other side so I wouldn't have to lean over the toilet to reach the towels.

Q

Photo

This shows a simple pull out drawer that could be incorporated in a pony wall.

Q

Photo

This is a very rustic house, but it really appeals to me.

Q

Photo

This is another way to deal with the living room ceiling. Planking on the sides and paint across the middle. It has a very clean look and adds additional color. The top of the ceiling acts as an accent wall.

Q

Photo

Here is one way to have a kitchen island - just add a tall heavy table. No storage this way though.

Q

Photo

Here the dining area is tucked back next to the kitchen.

Q

Photo

I like the 'L' shape.

Q

Photo

They put some sort of whitewash on this pine. Apparently it helps to keep the pine from yellowing overtime. I'm all for that. I don't particularly like vaulted ceilings, but this one is pretty.

Q

Photo

This is actually leading out to the porch. These doors are designed to fold bath or completely close. Like the curtains on the outside.

Q

Photo

Look at the curve over the doors! I'm very fond of French doors anyway, but these are really nice.

Q

Photo

Wow! Amazing ceiling!

Q

Photo

The way they have the carpets set at angles and overlapping is interesting.

Q

Photo

I like the way there is an open site line all the way across.

Q

Photo

The bottom of this hutch would be just perfect for the living room. The openings on the sides would work for the speakers.

Q

Photo

Chair, oh chair! What a beautiful chair!

Q

Photo

I like the light colors. The pale blue and white molding looks bright and cheerful together.

Q

Photo

Beautiful surround. I like the color of the wood and the stone.

Q

Photo

I like the wood. And the windows. It looks warm but not crowded.

Q

Photo

What a clever vertical garden. I love the way color was used to create a design.

Q

Photo

I really like the octopus picture. If I could find something similar I would give it to Connie.

Q

Photo

Under stair storage.

Q

Photo

Circular bookshelf

Q

Photo

I like all the things most people wouldn't like. I'm 5 feet tall so the low ceiling is cozy. I like the use of the wood and the wide plank floors. I know this is a historic house, but I still like the way it feels warm.

Q

Photo

I like the mantle over the fireplace.

Q

Photo

The solarium would be a really great place to listen to the rain. I like the simplicity of the furnishings.

Q

Photo

This makes a really nice eating corner. It feels cozy, and not pretentious.

Q

Photo

I like the overhead lighting, the mullioned windows, and the way the brown wood complements, and is complemented, by the greenery outside.

Q

Photo

The bright colors against white.

Q

Photo

I like the fireplace. It is tall and narrow. Who knows why I like it?

Q

Photo

A more sophisticated version of a barn door.

Q

Photo

The dark red accent is even replicated in the fire.

Q

Photo

The floor color. Two finishes over natural 8" wide oak.

Q

Photo

I like the size and simplicity .

Q

Photo

I really like this couch. It has a curve instead of being Square. The person who has it bought it for $10 at auction.

Q

Photo

I like the long uninterrupted views of this kitchen.

Q

Photo

I like the style of this room. The Stainglass windows are particularly nice.

Q

Photo

I love this surround. The lines are so graceful.

Q

Photo

What a clever way to make the television disappear.
