Windows, beams, high ceiling. Cool hood. The island is too big. No ladder.

This is my main inspiration. Love the butcher block island. Love the contrast of white and dark. Love the metal hood but needs more personality- not stainless steel. Don’t like placement of microwave or open shelving. Ceiling needs more. Love the stops and waterfall overhang in island.

Yes to beams, ceiling, oven, sink, dishwashers, cabinets (without arches on floor), overhead windows. No to dark island- needs contrast. No to gray subway tile and hanging pots.
