1/2" Corian sheet which were fabricated with an" 1/8 wide cut 1/4" deep every 7 1/2" horizontally. The lines in the Corian were scored in the shop with a stationary panel saw to a depth of 3/16 by 1/8 wide. While the panel saw in our shop is very accurate, this same results could be achieved on the job site with a precise circular saw and rail system. Corian is a hard non porous material designed to shed water and resist mildew growth.
