generally like floor plan of first floor, though it's missing a master

this is probably our favorite floor plan overall; dining room could go; interesting take on the guest suite on first floor... kinda like it, though this plan is about 5' wider than we can go, so couple that with the extra garage space we want, the 4th bedroom will probably have to be upstairs, replacing the vaulted living room (which I also really liked!)
