see just the strip lighting i clean look adding both pendants is too much- if i didn't do the pendants and just saved the 800-1000 for the 4 pendants it would make sense to do just the lighting like this but what would the holes look like in ceiling ?
and id need to get the 100 back for instilling pendants master and install cost included for installing hall pendants - then it would make sense instead of master lighting

only on bottom no pendants then up light mounted on mirror for balance - how much did i pay for the pendant hookups 50 for install that i may not use so 100 plus putting them there-
