Though this is not an actual DIY project, this is a wonderful space where they can be created! One glance around the room proves that this is a working studio where any artist or would-be artist can create to her heart's content.

This worn wood headboard just appeals to me. It's totally different from anything I've ever had in a bedroom but I hope I'll be able to go in that direction as I decorate my new cottage. And as Rose said, it's easily removed if one tires of it or decides to use it in another room.
