I would like two upper XLong twin bunks completely hooked onto the long wall and the side walls with steps in between. Important that the bunks are really safely attached so that they never fall. I understand they would not be moveable.

The steps including the wood on either side should not be wider than 24" and designed so that a grown up could climb up. There should be drawers under the bottom XL twin and under the queen bed.

We can put one queen bed perpendicular under the XL twin bunks nearest the window. I would like there to be shelving behind the queen and very small bed side tables on each side the queen bed. The queen mattress and box spring in this picture seem to be in a decorative box with drawers.

There is room to have a cubby/shelves behind each twin bed. The "box" that holds each XL twin mattress should have a little room around it so that the sheets can be changed... perhaps 43" by 83".

I would like there to be molding around the ceiling on top of the bunks.
And I like the railings and molding on the sides of the top bunks like in this picture. Everything would be painted the same interior trim white.
