258 Serangoon Central Drive

• Project Name- 258 Serangoon Central Drive • Space- Type 5 room HDB • Size- 1100sqft • Client Needs/Wants - simple, clean lines, minimalistic. Preferred coloured scheme (black, white and greys) walk-in-wardrobe and lots of storage space • Challenges - Dining area has got no windows to allow light in and was pretty dark initially. • Design Considerations- An open concept kitchen was proposed to open up space, creating it as part of the dining, with walls hacked off it allowed better light and flow of space. With a nice pendant light, an accent wall (darker grey) and a long white dining table to contrast with its background, it accentuates the width of the dining space. • End Result The dining area now becomes a focal point of the house integrated with an open kitchen. A Hidden master bathroom entrance was also integrated with the Master bedroom's TV wall feature. With 2 rooms converted into 1, behind the TV wall is an open pole system wardrobe with an island dresser a boutique style wardrobe space is created
