31st Ave - Basement / Family Room

This basement was upgraded from a 1940's knotty pine look to a theater room with built-in speakers and wired for a HD TV and full surround sound system. A barn door with exposed hardware was also added to separate the side room, bathroom and laundry room from the main family room
