Marvin windows played a key role in defining the shape of the house. A large window wall opens up dramatic views, and pine timber framing complements the ceiling and deck. Structure and durability also played a major influence on window selection. This house is exposed to salt air from the nearby river, along with adverse weather conditions and potential debris from nearby trees. Therefore, all the windows were fitted with tempered glass for added security and peace of mind.
