The veranda (opposite) overlooking Long Island Sound is a lovely spot to enjoy the design details of the rear grounds. The three-dimensional knot garden showcases a variety of dwarf boxwoods that are seasonally hand-pruned. The shrubs create the illusion of effortless entanglement, creating beautiful "knots".
