Burr Ridge Sunken Patio and Balcony
An upper balcony was constructed to provide views to the lower patio. Concrete walls were poured to support the balcony and brifge over a walkout from the finished basement entertaing room. An outdoor refrigerator was installed next to the the built in grill for beverage storage on the sunken patio. The limestone veneer color on the walls compliments the brick color of the home.
