The kitchen was designed to invite friends to sit together at the peninsula-style counter and enjoy a glass of wine while enabling the host and chef to enjoy the company while easily serving his or her guests. The wraparound counter provides abundant preparation space as well as ample storage both above and below.
Note the stacked stone tile backsplash to match the fireplace in the living room and pull together the two rooms in the open floor plan.
