Giang Hoang had to bring to life a poorly designed 4 story house in Pacific Palisades. There was no landscaping anywhere, as well as a construction site next to the new property, which was never purchase because of the bad design. She planted queen palms, potted plants and succulents at the front of the house. In the backyard, there was only astro-turf on top of concrete. She created a zero-maintenance succulent wall. She had to replace multiple interior finishes in the house because they did not fit with the style of the Cape Cod design.
