Sold for highest per square foot price ever in the building! Rearranged client's existing furniture. I love to use furnishings in unexpected and different ways. On this project, I separated the sectional sofa into 2 pieces to better define the living area. There wasn't an area rug, so I used a beautiful throw blanket that I found in the master bedroom as a good alternative and the ottoman stands in for a coffee table. I found some pretty nick nacks for accent pieces to finish the look.
