Copes Lane Home office
This table was originally being used by the family as their dining table and had been inherited in the family. However, the owners wanted something more elegant as a statement in their dining room, for which we found a banded antique English table. This table however, was a family heirloom, and we thought it would function beautifully as a large office desk. The top is covered with it's custom leather protector, and while the table expands to seat 12, This size was ideal in the home office space. The stunning old oriental gives the home office it's own sense of worth and joy in working on tedious jobs in that space. The windows are covered only in wide slatted plantation shutters rather than drapery, giving the room a more functional and spare feel.
