Custom Design: Upper West Side One-Bedroom Remodel

We helped the Lee family to renovate their one-bedroom apartment in the prime Upper West Side location. The clients wanted to complete a gut renovation of all rooms, including the kitchen and bathroom remodel. The design concept was a delightful blend of contemporary functionality and timeless charm, breathing new life into the apartment. The construction team spared no detail as they completed the apartment renovation. Every inch, from walls to ceilings, floors to closets, doors to windows, was skillfully revitalized. Thoughtfully organized closets brought harmony and efficiency, while new light fixtures cast a warm and inviting glow. The kitchen became the family’s favorite with its pristine, all-white cabinets and brand-new stainless steel appliances that gleamed under the gentle caress of sunlight. Accentuating the space were natural wood shelves and hexagon tile backsplash which added a geometric flair, transforming the room into a visual masterpiece. During the bathroom remodel every fixture, from the bathtub to the toilet, from the vanity to the medicine cabinet, has been gracefully replaced, ushering in an era of modernity and comfort. A light blue accent wall tile harmoniously merged with a sleek glass shower door, resulting in an ambiance that was both contemporary and inviting. In the span of just a few short weeks, the Lee family's vision has been brought to life, unveiling a home that is not only a testament to their style but also a space that seamlessly enhances functionality and comfort.
