Custom Kitchen Remodeling In White

This was a custom kitchen remodeling project where we replaced the kitchen cabinets with new Bridgewood Custom Cabinetry from the Advantage Line. The new cabinets are Maple done with Arlington doors and the stain is white. Crown molding was added along the ceiling in the alcove where new cabinets were added. The client liked their overall kitchen but wanted to make two changes – open up the kitchen to the dining room and make better use of an alcove that held a small table and chairs. We accomplished this by moving the refrigerator into the alcove and surrounding it with storage, both with new wall cabinets and a new three drawer base cabinet for pot and pan storage. The refrigerator space was filled with a spice rack pull out base cabinet and a double trash can pull out. The wall between the kitchen and dining room was removed, keeping a 42” knee wall to create a raised bar. We topped off this wall with a 14” wide piece of granite, creating ample seating in the dining room. The entire kitchen received a new granite countertop done in Glacier White and completed with a new stainless steel sink and a new touch on-off faucet. A new tile backsplash that was done in Daltile’s 4x4 Stone Bluff tile along with Northstar Mezzo glass tile mosaic as an accent strip completes the look.
