Downtown Reno Condo
We created two sitting areas since the room is long and narrow. With the creation of a focal point (besides the view) by painting an accent wall and then using the wood panel wall against it, we created a space to relax and watch TV. To take advantage of the view, we used 4 swivel chairs to form a conversation area . For additional seating, as well as have a reading nook and watch the river rafters along the Truckee, we built in a custom window seat and accented it with our pop color - burnt orange
there is a separate 4 chair space and also sofa and bench space. conversation areas are near yet separated
