Exterior - before
We were asked to come up with ideas on how best to replace a very tired conservatory. We used the existing foot-print but added a stepped-out section. This created additional internal space – ideal for a dining table, whilst also providing the more architectural roof line. Instead of fully glazing the roof, as previous. We spec’d a seamed zinc roof punctuated by some velux windows for ventilation and just glazed the stepped out apex section.
