Fremont Residence
This kitchen in Lincoln Park uses a very traditional style but has all the latest amenities. The white cabinets are topped with honed Bianco Carrara marble. At the information center I wanted to create a contrast and used Absolute Black for the top. You can see the flat screen which is a TV as well as a computer monitor. To give the kitchen even more life I used some glass fronted cabinets that are lit internally and some open shelving. The dark white oak floors really give a grounding foundation to the cabinets. Behind the information center is a walk in pantry. In the back ground you can see the butler's pantry with glass fronted cabinets. It is located just outside the dining room. Great to serve from and adjacent to both kitchen and dining room.
