We put a mini office directly behind the kitchen facing the front of the house. This worked out great because the windows were slightly raised for the staircase on the other side of the house which allowed room for a desk under each window. This is great design to be working in the kitchen while the kids are doing their homework just around the corner. The framed cork boards are to display the kids artwork. Linda Parsons
