A severely sloping lot requires this backyard to function on multiple levels. The full-width porch overhead is actually at ground level, while the pool is one level below the basement walkout. Stone steps at either end lead down to the grassy play area and fire pit. The pool's light grey Armorcoat interior, with "maximum blue" quartz crystals, is boldly rimmed by flagstone coping bordered with a band of black granite. A custom cabana and wood-burning pizza oven add to the charm. (17 x 40, custom free form)
