3bd was appointed to renovate and add an extension to a detached three-storey residential property in Bristol.
The project included securing planning consent, detailed technical design, negotiating construction contracts and inspecting during the works. The building was specifically designed to take advantage of views of the rear garden which included a new outdoor swimming pool with an integrated spa and a large terrace for outdoor entertaining.
