Every aspect of the building block was used to its full potential to capitalise on design, functionality, aesthetics and minimal ongoing maintenance. By the using a corner window with Cedar features, the eye is drawn to the entry as the double garage door is down played by being surrounded by plinths and bulk head painted Monument to give the illusion of depth.
