Fenice Design + Build worked in collaboration with Life Size Architects to develop a fantastic new rear and side extension for clients , Jane and Joe.
The rear extension has provided a lovely new open plan kitchen living space and the side extension has provided that all important Utility/Boot room for a muddy entrance into the house.
The project includes:
Demolition of existing side outhouse
Formation of rear and side single storey extensions
Under Floor heating to both extension areas
Plastering and decoration throughout
Beautiful white wash engineered oak flooring throughout
Bespoke kitchen
