We worked closely with our planning consultants to provide a strategy for converting a small industrial unit. We worked on the feasibility options and the Pre-Application discussions with the Local Planning Authority. The design included the clever relocation of the stairs and the addition of a third floor. The resulting 6 apartment scheme provides well-proportioned accommodation and a ‘ spacious contemporary feel’ by utilising elements of the original building.
