This was a conversion from a child's bedroom into a modern home office on a tight budget. The simple change to a lighter, neutral wall color, extra long drapery panels in a bold stripe and a tall fiddle leaf ficus create a feeling of volume in the small room. The custom artwork made by the interior designer, Emily Hughes, IIDA, add to the light, airy feel of the room.
