市街地に建つ戸建住宅のリノベーション。弊社が設計デザインを行い竣工から10年が経過、生活スタイルの変化に合わせたリノベーションを行いました。
カフェ併用住宅の1階は間取りの変更を行いつつ厨房機器を家庭用システムキッチンに取替。2階は主寝室と書斎を子供部屋に間取変更、リビングを造作家具で２室に分けるなど大幅な間取り変更を行なっています。
