Inner West Terrace
This terrace had been neglected for some time, walls and floors were water damaged, not quite a knockdown, certainly a challenge. We were guided at the front of the property to retain the uniform heritage look so transitioned the old 2 bedroom home to a modern open plan living, kitchen and dining area flowing to the backyard with built in bbq. Adding a second storey allowed us to add a retreat with a master bedroom, ensuite and office area in soft pink in contrast with the monochrome black, white and green theme downstairs. Blackbutt flooring and clean white walls allowed the old to connect with the new through a beautiful ornamental archway
