Island Idyll
We were able to stick to the kitchen's existing footprint to some extent, just opening it up a little to make it feel less cramped. New cabinets, quartz and granite countertops, a marble tile backsplash, appliances, and flooring transformed the space without eliminating the vintage vibe. Grooves in the black granite countertop create built-in dish drainage.
