Kitchen Addition
The new courtyard, located outside the new basement space, allows access to a beautifully functional space and a necessary outdoor egress if the homeowner ever chooses to create a basement bedroom. This new basement space was made bright by the installation of full size windows and doors that lead to a beautiful courtyard with access to the rear yard.
