Locust Avenue Historic Renovation
Our team did a full renovation and small addition to this ca. 1900 home. The work required carefully removing, cleaning, and re-installing existing brick, trim, doors and other pieces. We sourced reclaimed vertical grain heart pine floor to blend the addition seamlessly with the original structure. Most of the existing roof structure had to be removed and re-built so that we could add an attic recreation room with a rooftop deck.
