Master Bedroom- with everything behind closed doors
In this newly remodeled bedroom, the fully upholstered bed was moved into the alcove to capitalize on space. Two built-in cabinets with shelving and deep drawers- one for Him and one for Her- gave the alcove wall useful storage and symmetry to the space.
The tall headboard provided a way to hide an awkward view and capture available light that filters through open weave sheers.
The alcove walls are actually covered in woven fabric with an abstract floral pattern that keeps the visual line vertical to add height to the lower ceiling.
